I got up early one summer morning and made my way over to the San Antonio Mission Trail. While all of the missions were elegant in their own way, the Mission San Jose seemed to exude a spiritual awareness of its place in history (notice the shadow of a cross on one of the arches).
About J P Childress
J.P. "Pat" Childress, a fifth generation Texan, was born and raised in the eastern oilfields of the state. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a M.B.A and after starting and later selling a holding company, Childress moved to the Hill Country of Texas. His interest in art is long standing; he constantly improves his techniques in oil painting and sculpting through workshops and classes with some of the most highly respected artists on today's art scene.
